So, I recently started a nice extended vacation! I have never liked to blog about myself, but I dont want to forget the many details of this vacation. I am writing this blog so I can remember since I know I would not be able to write much without getting bored. I am sharing this so the people that want to hear about my traveling can read it here. Do not expect me to be clever, organized, or entertaining. I just want a place I can look back on and remember all the little details of my trip.
So here is a little background on my recent Travels. Ever since I have been home from Brazil, I have been trying to return. I have had a few close calls, but never made it. Earlier this year, I decided I was going to go to Brazil in October for about 3 weeks. I saved the money, and was ready to go. Then Joey, my new roommate, told me if I waited till November he could help me get amazing prices on tickets, since he works for Jetblue. Then Steven, my former employer, realized he could no longer employ me and pay me what he was paying me when we were super busy during the slower months, so I got laid off. (Dont worry, it was a good thing and Steven is still a nice guy) This made it possible for me to go on vacation much longer than 3 weeks. So I continued to plan my trip, finish my online classes, applied for my visa, and got ready to go. The plan is to go to Brazil for about 6 weeks.
